Grandstand Ink will always strive to give you the best quality product for the best price in the shortest amount of time, but we know sometimes mistakes will be made or orders will need to be cancelled last minute. In these situations we have the following criteria that must be met for refunds, returns or cancellations.
In the event you would like to cancel your order you may do so without penalty up until you have submitted payment for your order. After that point you may cancel your order up until it is schedule for a press time for a 25% penalty. Unfortunately after your order has been scheduled for a press time there can be no changes or cancellations made.
We will accept returns on any non-custom printed item in its original undamaged packaging up to 30 days after date of sale. Returnee is responsible for both original shipping charges (including FREE shipping orders) and return shipping charges. There will also be a 10% restocking fee. There are no returns for services items such as custom design.
In the event the product you receive does not match the proof you approved we will cover all costs to reprint the order correctly and have it delivered in a timely manor. If we are unable to get a corrected product in your hands by the “on-sale” or “event” date we will refund your order in its entirety; including shipping, upon returning the product. Unfortunately if the printed product does match the proof you approved there is nothing we can do in the way of a refund. There will be no refunds for design services rendered after approval regardless of the situation.
